why agile attitude certification

This module is all about figuring out what exactly agile is – and what it isn’t! We’ll be looking at the origins of iterative and incremental delivery, the values and principles guiding agile frameworks and the benefits your organisation, customers, users and team members can achieve during an agile transformation. As part of this module we will also look at the importance of being agile rather than just “doing agile” and how this shift in mindset is the starting point to creating your very own organisational framework.
Please note that this module is mandatory for your ICP accreditation.

In this module we look at how embarking on an agile journey impacts your organisational and team structure. We’ll be discussing how you can transform your existing structure to be more effective and efficient and what you need to go from “hiring a bunch of people” to creating a “high-performing team”. And finally the module covers specific tools and techniques to create a “solution hypothesis” – the starting point for your iterative and incremental delivery and the base for scaling agile beyond a single team.
