Answers please!

You asked. We answer.
Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we get at agile attitude. Browse the FAQs, or simply get in touch with any questions you might have!
What can you help us with?
At agile attitude, we specialise in helping you design and implement processes and practices to improve your productivity, increase staff morale and create exceptional customer experiences.

From designing experiments to test market fit to building strong leadership teams ready to tackle sustainable cultural change, our goal is to work with you to find the right balance between efficiency and effectiveness while building a culture of high performance.

Our main aim, however, is to ensure that we support you in the right way, every step of the way. This is why we don't have cookie-cutter programs but rather work closely with you to understand your problems and assist you in finding the most appropriate way forward, from short-term training engagements to improvement programs spanning several months.

For more information on how we can help you, check out our "Let's get started" section!

so what is it exactly you do?
At agile attitude, our purpose is to help you build a better business and we align our what (the things we do) and our how (how we deliver them) to the goals you want to achieve, from simple and cost-effective training options to ongoing cultural change engagements combining training, coaching, facilitation and mentoring.

For an overview of how our different services build upon one another to increase your productivity, improve team morale and create excellent customer experiences, check out our "our approach" section.

How much time will an improvement program take and what will we do?
Our improvement programs typically run over a minimum of 12 weeks (the minimum time required to develop a new habit - ask your personal trainer! :)) and we usually spend about 1 day / week with you.  During that time, we will work with you on the processes, practices, artifacts, workflows and activities identified and agreed upon as part of the program plan.

Things we may do together include:

  • Introducing processes & practices aligned with cultural values

how do we get started?
We strongly believe in starting off right and every engagement is customised to meet your specific needs, work environment, existing commitments, time and budget. This means we start each engagement with a 1-day workshop with key stakeholders and decision makers involved in the program.

During this 1-day workshop, we will discuss your current status quo, identify your specific goals regarding your improvement program, talk about potential risks, existing issues and constraints and discuss assumptions and dependencies. These elements help us create an ongoing program plan, which helps to communicate the programs' purpose and progress to the wider organisation and will be used to manage the scope of the engagement.
what if our plans change or we get way too busy?
We all know that plans can change, and the best organisations are those that remain agile to respond to their environment! Our aim is to support YOU to achieve your goals, so if your plans change, so do ours!

By collaboratively creating a program plan at the start of the engagement, all key stakeholders and decision makers have full visibility of where we are, and where we're going next. As the plan is fully flexible we can make changes at any time - whether it's changes to the scope of the engagement, the time required or simply the order in which we tackle the individual goals and objectives, we'll work with you to ensure you maximise the value you get from working with us!
