Lean methods for process improvement

Identify and remove organisational wastes

Lean methods for process improvement

How much: AUD$6,000 (excl GST) per team
How long: 1 day

Course overview

Part classroom course, part workshop, this course has been designed to help you and your team identify, analyse and remove team-based, departmental and organisational wastes.

Introducing the Toyota Production System (TPS) / Lean and drawing upon concepts of iterative and incremental delivery, you will leave this hands-on workshop with a collection of specific improvement actions, as well as a toolbox full of techniques and ideas to continue to identify and analyse wastes for a leaner, more efficient team!

Note: Differently to many other courses, this course does not use a predefined case study for activities. Instead, participants will use their existing team-based and organisational processes to generate actual improvement actions.
This allows participants to gain confidence using the concepts introduced during the course, and apply them under expert guidance.

To maximise the benefits from the course, participants will require previous knowledge, experience and the authority to suggest and / or implement process improvements. For a full list of prerequisites, please see below.
